Choosing a name for your dog is not an easy job. The name reflects your personality as much as it does the dog. Dog names can be selected based on the breed of the dog, the color of the dog or something downright whacky - afterall the dog would never question you as to why you selected a particular name for him.
When we got our Labrador pup, we searched the net for a name that was unique, short and easy to remember. After weeks of deliberation we finally zeroed in on 'Nyx' - which is the name of the Greek Goddess of Illusion. A later search showed that 'Nyx' is infact the Greek Goddess of Night.
